O'Malley tries to take credit for upcoming BGE rate decrease

I almost fell out of my chair this morning while watching WBAL TV news. The report was about how the upcoming rate decrease was due to BGE locking in lower prices in their new contract due to falling prices on fuels used to generate electricity.( i.e free market forces allowed to work) Suddenly up pops the gov exclaiming that it was due to what he did with the Public services commission. What a phony!!!!See More
